Silent Disco Headphone Booking Service is designed for 2-day events. This means you have the headphones for 2 days, from delivery receipt to return ship date. Each booking includes silent disco wireless headphones and 1 transmitter, allowing guests to enjoy crystal-clear sound without disturbing surrounding spaces. With three audio channels, users can switch between multiple music sources at the press of a button - perfect for mixed audiences and multi-purpose events. Cancellation Policy
By completing your rental purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions for Silent Disco Balls headphone rentals. Rental Period Customers may select a 2-day or 3-day rental period. The rental period begins on the date the shipment is marked as delivered and ends on the date the return shipment is postmarked. It is the customer’s responsibility to track delivery and ensure timely return shipping within the selected timeframe. Pricing & Fees The rental price includes: Silent disco headphone rental Refundable security deposit USPS shipping to and from the customer All pricing is inclusive of these components unless otherwise stated. Shipping & Returns Each rental order will arrive with: A detailed packing list A pre-paid USPS return shipping label All rented items must be packed and shipped back at the end of the selected 2-day or 3-day rental period using: The same shipping box The original packing materials The included pre-paid return label Failure to use the provided materials or label will result in loss of desposit Condition of Equipment Customers are responsible for the rented equipment from the time of delivery until it is received back by Silent Disco Balls. All items must be returned: Complete Undamaged Clean and in working condition Deposits, Damage & Late Returns If any items are returned late, damaged, or missing, the security deposit will not be refunded. Additional charges may apply if the cost of damage, repair, replacement, or missing items exceeds the deposit amount. Late returns will result in additional daily rental fees. Acknowledgment By proceeding with checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this rental policy and accept full responsibility for the rented equipment during the rental period.
