Set against a beautiful rooftop backdrop, this unique silent disco experience combines music, movement, and community, no distractions, just you, me, and the beat.
Move to lively, upbeat sounds with wireless headphones as your Certified Yoga Instructor, Lacey, guides you through a dynamic blend of grounding , warm-up, core work, standing and grounding yoga flows. Designed to challenge and empower you while still being accessible for all levels, this class offers options so you can move at your own pace, connect through vibes, and leave feeling accomplished and alive.
After class, keep the momentum going with brunch at CARGO or a friendly game of Pickleball or mini golf. Don't stay in! Make it a full morning of sweat, sunshine, and new connections.
